Bontomanai Village - Information & Administration System
Village Information & Administration System (Product of INESA 2025) - Developed as the flagship product of INESA (Inovasi dan Edukasi Desa) 2025, an annual technology initiative organized by the COCONUT Computer Club, this comprehensive web-based platform was built specifically to modernize the governance of Bontomanai Village, Jeneponto. As a core contributor to its development in 2025, I helped transition the village's traditional, manual administrative processes into a centralized digital ecosystem. The platform addresses critical public service challenges by providing secure operational modules tailored for village officials (such as the Secretary and Treasurer) while simultaneously serving as an accessible online portal for the local community.
The application features a robust mail management system that handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, digital archiving, and online document requests directly from residents. Additionally, it integrates a secure financial module for tracking village income, expenditures, and generating automated reports. By ensuring real-time data verification and transparent record-keeping, this system significantly enhances public service delivery, accountability, and administrative efficiency for Bontomanai Village.
